The Idea-to-Agent Sprint: Build an Expert Agent on Your Work in a Branded App (No Code)

with Sara Davison & Tyler Fisk · AI Build Lab

Not long ago, building your biggest ideas needed an engineering team and a budget. Now it takes the right tools and a clear method. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll turn what you know best into an AI agent that knows your work, inside an app branded as yours. Sara walks you through how it’s designed. Tyler builds live alongside you. You leave with a working agent and the framework to build the next one. No code required.

Prereqs: attendees should have a paid ChatGPT subscription with access to Codex. The $20 plan is expected to be sufficient, though because this is a hands-on build sprint, attendees who have already used much of their plan’s allowance may hit a usage limit and need to upgrade their plan or purchase a usage reset.

The Second Brain Stack

with Dan Klosterman

Most people still use AI one chat at a time. Power users have already moved on. They run teams of agents that work simultaneously while they steer. In this workshop, you’ll build your own multi-agent stack with a shared brain and guardrails that keep them from shipping garbage.

Prereqs: you’ve already built something with Claude Code, Codex, or a similar agent. Bring your own agents.

Co-Founder & Lead Instructor, AI Build Lab

The builder. Tyler teaches by doing — live demos, real-time debugging, mistakes and all. His forward-deployed engineer methodology means you watch the actual process, not a polished recording. He'll roast your agent architecture and then help you fix it.
